As the US continues to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely, the health and well-being of our members and employees is of utmost importance to us. We must all do our part in stopping the spread of Coronavirus. The Martial Arts require close contact, which will not help the situation at hand. Almost all tournaments have been cancelled already as well as Baltimore County Public Schools. This is a very sad decision to make, but the only way to curb the spread is to all band together, by staying apart.
Effective immediately, Grapple Academy will be cancelling all classes inside of GAMA until Monday, March 23rd. We will make an announcement next week regarding further closures if necessary.
To help keep the students on schedule, I will be recording videos and posting them on the website:

This will be for GAMA members only. A password will be required once it’s up and running, so it is important that you email me personally at grappleacademy@gmail.com . In the email please include Student Name(s) and Class.
I intend to provide value to both my employees and students.
Students, I will be spending HOURS creating these videos for next week. My goal is to show you how dedicated I am to providing my students with continued education of the martial arts during this unfortunate time. All though these videos will be provided free of charge, I understand that this does not replace actual class. For that reason, anyone on the once-per-week or twice-per-week schedule may make up all classes. If this turns out to be longer than one week, we will make additional make-up classes available on weekends.
Staff will all be compensated as if nothing ever happened. I don’t want any employees or helpers being financially hurt during this down time, and I want you to know that are all very important to me, and the students.
