Coach Greg currently holds a Black Belt in San Shou, and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu earned at Baltimore BJJ in Essex, MD. Coach Greg is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise as is an ACE Specialist in Sports Nutrition. He opened up Grapple Academy in Perry Hall because of his love for teaching and coaching. You will find Coach Greg at every tournament that his team competes in. He is an active competitor with multiple Gold and Silver medals in the Purple Belt + Divisions, including:

Coach Rachael is the head instructor of the youth program. An active competitor with dozens of medals, Coach Rachael brings a mix of excitement and proper technique to the kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program.
