Since earning my Black Belt in the summer of 2021,
I have dedicated all of my energy into coaching. I don't simply consider myself a coach. I am a community leader. Our academy has been helping kids gain confidence for over 11 years. Teens in our program have found a healthy outlet and an escape from the pressure they endure at school and on social media. Adults of all ages have a reason to seek out new challenges every day! Our Women's Only program has empowered women within a group that fosters personal development in a fun and safe environment. These are the people I am here for. My community! Our community is not only our students, but our business neighbors. We started in a small 'hole in the wall' in 2014. We have since expanded 3 times, and now are located in THE ROSSVILLE CENTER. As a small business owner, not only am I looking out for the best interest of my students, but also the small businesses surrounding me. I'm a firm supporter of supporting local businesses and want to give a shout out to my neighbors: Drayer PT, JenX Family Dentistry, Snapology, Take Tyme Hair Salon, Statewide Flooring, Pinpoint Plumbing, Nailbar, Fitness Machine Technicians, Tri-Coastal Inc, Phaze Counseling Services, McConkey Eye Care, Rosedale Vision Center. I'm thrilled to be the new neighbor in such a well established community of business, and can't wait to help support your growth as well!

Coach Greg currently holds a Black Belt in San Shou, and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu earned at Baltimore BJJ in Essex, MD. He opened up Grapple Academy in Perry Hall because of his love for teaching and coaching. You will find Coach Greg at every tournament that his team competes in. He is an active competitor with multiple Gold and Silver medals in the Purple Belt + Divisions, including:

Coach Rachael is the head instructor of the youth program. An active competitor with dozens of medals, Coach Rachael brings a mix of excitement and proper technique to the kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program.
